Jeff Reichman | KKM
Jeff has over 20-years’ experience developing cardiovascular-based ventures. Jeff has been a Senior Partner for three consulting companies and is President of KKM’s consulting practice. Jeff is a hands-on program developer who manages and implements all aspects of client engagements from initial feasibility assessment to post- opening support.
Dr. Warren Krackov | CMO
Warren is an Interventional Radiologist and a Fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology with 16 years of clinical experience and 10 years of leadership experience; he continues to maintain an active IR practice. Previously, he was Chief Compliance Officer for a network of OBLs and was a Regional Medical Officer at one of the country’s largest OBL/ASC companies, where he had oversight of dozens of physicians at over 30 sites. He trained at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School and Tufts University and obtained his master’s in healthcare administration from UCSF, where he was later on faculty. Warren continues to practice Interventional Radiology.
Steve T. May | Foster Crown
Steve has been CEO of Foster Crown for 10 years, placing physicians with hospitals, surgery centers, and clinics. Foster Crown uses human intel, artificial intelligence, and other logarithmic technology to create an outstanding experience for its clients and physicians. He has in-depth understanding of the special requirements of surgery centers and a proven track record of placing physicians on a national level. Foster Crown is a recipient of Inc. David Knott | KKM
David is a 30+ year healthcare industry veteran with multiple start-ups and corporate development experience globally. David has developed turnkey healthcare projects on every continent except Antarctica. Most recently as a founding partner of Proton Partners International, he assisted in securing $150MM in debt and equity to develop three proton centers in the UK and $80MM to develop a Proton center in the UAE.
Ed Krajcir | Valens Capital
Ed has almost 20-years’ experience as the managing partner in a Wisconsin-based merger and acquisitions firm. He has been involved in over 200 transactions. Prior to managing the M&A firm, Ed was Vice President of Sales for a contract manufacturer, ran a construction OEM division and oversaw international divisions for the largest natural gas distribution contractor in the country.

He is an expert in healthcare provider finance/analytics with strong capabilities developing versatile financial, demographic and epidemiological models to verify financial and operational validity. He is a licensed CPA and CVA.
Our Director of Development has 20+ years of experience across financial, operational, strategic planning and business operations. He has had senior-executive roles in large academic medical centers and community hospitals within both the US and internationally. He holds a master’s in healthcare administration from Cleveland State University.
